G-CODE ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

§1. General Provisions

1. The G-CODE online store, available at www.g-code.pl , is run by Valentyna Kolchevska, with its registered office at Aleja Kromera 51a, 51-163 Wroclaw

2. The Regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, order fulfillment, consumer rights and the complaint procedure.

3. The Customer is obliged to read the Regulations before placing an order.

§2. Definitions

1. Consumer - a natural person making a purchase in the store for a purpose not directly related to business or professional activity.

2. Customer - any entity making a purchase in the store.

3. Store – G-CODE online store, operated at www.g-code.pl

4. Goods – products offered by the Store, in particular nail polishes.

5. Agreement – distance sales agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

§3. Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store's website.

2. To place an order, you must:

a. add the selected product to the basket,

b. fill in the order form,

c. accept the Regulations,

d. select the payment and delivery method,

e. confirm the order.

3. The agreement is concluded at the time of confirmation of acceptance of the order by the Seller.

§4. Prices and payment

1. All prices given in the store are expressed in Polish zloty and include VAT.

2. The Customer may choose one of the available payment methods: traditional transfer, online payment

3. Delivery costs are indicated when placing the order.

§5. Delivery

1. The goods are delivered within Poland (or other countries).

2. The order fulfillment time is from 1 to 5 working days, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.

3. The Seller is not liable for delays resulting from the actions of the courier company.

§6. Right to withdraw from the contract

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must submit an unambiguous statement (e.g. via e-mail).

3. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

4. The payment will be refunded no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

5. The right to withdraw does not apply to opened or used products if, due to the nature of the product, they cannot be returned (e.g. nail polishes after opening).

§7. Complaints

1. The goods offered in the store are new and free from defects.

2. In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, the Customer may file a complaint electronically or by letter.

3. The complaint should include: name and surname, order number, description of the defect and request.

4. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

§8. Personal data

NIP: 8952179424 providing services electronically via the Internet Service www.g-code.pl

2. The data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is used to fulfill orders and serve the Customer.

3. The Customer has the right to access their data, correct it and request its deletion.

§9. Final provisions

1. In matters not regulated in the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.

2. The Regulations may be subject to change; Customers will be informed of any changes in due time.

3. The Regulations enter into force on 01.04.2025
